In this pivotal role, you will embody the spirit of a builder, with a zealous passion for growing our professional and managed services business.

Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with C suite executives, leveraging your executive presence and emotional intelligence to decipher cus tomer challenges and the competitive landscape, and translating technology into meaningful business solutions.

Your strategic planning and execution skills will be instrumental in leading ac count reviews, supporting the successful implementation of strategic account plans, and em bodying Onix's core values in all sales engagements.

Who We Need

Career Level Summary

Enterprise Seller with a successful track record of selling Services and Solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

Direct experience with Google Cloud or a Google Cloud partner is strongly required. Experience with Data Modernization platforms is highly recommended.

Proven ability to cultivate executive relationships and influence long-term strategic directions. Skilled in complex commercial and legal discussions, working with cross-functional teams. Expertise in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Renowned as an authority in industry and sales techniques, particularly in Platform sales and Services.

Strategic Agility:
Quick in adapting strategies that show deep customer focus and business acumen.

Drive for Results:
Unwavering commitment to performance and adaptability in the face of change.

Fosters genuine relationships, creating trust within Onix and with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

Develop account plans for prospects and strategic accounts, focusing on aligning with Onix's competitive strategy.

Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development Representatives for targeted sales plays.

Drive new business opportunities for Onix solutions across enterprise accounts. Lead the creation and delivery of proposals, demonstrating the value and customization of Onix solutions.

Negotiate and close customer contracts, maintaining strong customer and team relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience

8+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proven track record in new business development and account management, with a focus on value/service selling.
