    The customer service representative is based in Québec City (Qc, Canada).

    Your responsibilities

    • Cut and polish aluminum samples.
    • Analyze samples under a microscope and write technical reports.
    • Provide assistance to customers by phone, e-mail.
    • Provide training to clients for sampling and analysis of results.
    • Perform duties in accordance with established standards, instructions, work processes, policies, and procedures in place.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Your background

    • College diploma in metallurgy or other relevant experience/degree.
    • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
    • Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
    • English is required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
