Le Garden Room, a new upscale dining destination in the heart of the city, is seeking talented and passionate culinary professionals to join our team.

We are currently hiring for the positions of Line Cook and Chef de Partie. If you have a love for Thai food and are eager to be part of an exciting new restaurant, we want to hear from you

Positions Available:

Line Cook
Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

Line Cook

Assist with daily food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service to our guests
Chef de Partie

Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation
Create and execute daily specials, collaborating with the Head Chef
Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive work environment
Assist with inventory management and cost control measures

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a highpressure, fastpaced professional kitchen
Culinary school or a related degree is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialized culinary skills relevant to the position
Excellent communication and leadership skills
