Job summary
PLEA Community Services is seeking two Temporary Full-Time Youth Support Workers for their U-Turn/U-Link team in Surrey BC.The Youth Support Worker engages youth in one-to-one activities helping them reach their goals around success well-being and healthy development.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with services coordinator and family caregivers to support youth goals.
- Provide close supervision and support in the community that will assist youth to achieve individual goals maintain motivation improve behavior develop new interests connections feel successful.
