Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Consultant with Level II Secret Clearance to respond to a Request for Proposal for a contract role with the Department of National Defence. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two (2) years of combined experience within the last ten (10) years in various aspects of IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System Tender Assessment (DOORS TA) and hold a Level II Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
1. Configuration: Configure IBM DOORS to meet project requirements.
2. Testing: Perform testing within IBM DOORS to ensure functionality and accuracy.
3. Importing/Exporting: Manage the importing and exporting of data within IBM DOORS.
4. User Interface: Act as an interface between users and the IBM DOORS system, providing support and assistance as needed.
5. Client Project Setup: Set up client projects within IBM DOORS TA, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with project objectives.
6. Role Assignment: Assign individuals to specific roles within IBM DOORS TA according to project needs.
7. Evaluation Team Assignment: Assign individuals to evaluation teams within IBM DOORS TA for efficient project management.
8. Generate Views: Utilize wizards and DXL script to generate views within IBM DOORS TA.
9. Implement Automated Tools: Implement and coordinate automated requirements management tools and processes within IBM DOORS TA.
10. Perform Various Tasks: Perform data backup and recovery, create modules for sites, synchronize modules between sites, and create/export reports/metrics within IBM DOORS TA.
11. Record Scores: Record scores in IBM DOORS TA as necessary.
12. Provide Expertise: Provide expertise on IBM DOORS Requirements Management.
13. Provide Training: Provide coaching and training to evaluation teams on data recording within IBM DOORS TA.

Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of combined experience using IBM DOORS TA within the last ten (10) years.
Possession of Level II Secret Clearance.
Proficiency in performing IBM DOORS configuration, testing, importing, exporting, and acting as an interface to users.
Experience in setting up client projects, assigning individuals to roles, and evaluation teams within IBM DOORS TA.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Demonstrated experience in generating views using wizards and DXL script.
Demonstrated experience in implementing and coordinating automated requirements management tools and processes within IBM DOORS TA.
Demonstrated experience in performing various IBM DOORS tasks, including data backup and recovery, module creation, synchronization, report/metric creation/export, and scoring recording.
Expertise in IBM DOORS Requirements Management.
Experience providing training and coaching to evaluation teams on data recording within IBM DOORS TA.
