The Role


WCLC is currently looking for a Term (Nine-Month)
Inventory Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to join our VLT Division in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

This division manages the operation of Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) in the province of Saskatchewan and is looking for someone with a positive attitude and service mindset to join our Inventory team.


The successful applicant will work collaboratively with other members of the Inventory team as well as other departments within the division to support various business needs.

In joining our team as an Inventory Administrator, you'll be accountable for

  • Preparing inventory/Asset reports
  • Loading, unloading, and moving VLTs and parts
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Receiving internal transfers, incoming purchase orders
  • Processing purchase requisitions and managing vendor relationships
  • Conducting cycle counts periodically
  • Maintaining inventory records and controls.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs
  • Previous inventory/warehousing and forklift experience is an asset

Who we are
WCLC's VLT division is contracted by LGS (Lotteries and Gaming Saskatchewan) to manage and operate VLTs in Saskatchewan.

The VLT division operates 4,200 VLTs across the province, and WCLC provides training, installation, and maintenance of the VLTs, as well as a central operating system.


WCLC is the non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct, and operate lottery and gaming-related activities at retail and online for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as well as The Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
