Your main responsibilities
The Proposal Writer's main responsibility will be the preparation of service offers and marketing documents.

Activities related to this position will include:

  • Reading and understanding tender documents
  • Organizing startup and followup meetings for the preparation of service offers.
  • Work with a member of senior management to establish the proposal development strategy (project team, relevant experience, methodology and other required text).
  • Research, write and revise project sheets, resumes, project approach, firm profile, etc.
  • Plan and respect the work schedule to ensure that the document is submitted by the agreed date and time.
  • Perform layout and final assembly, and ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Followup on document delivery
  • Keep database up to date at all times

Your profile

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience in a similar position (consulting engineering, architecture or construction) an asset
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Superior technical writing skills
  • Excellent command of Word, knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrate rigor, attention to detail and professionalism
  • Excellent management of priorities, speed of execution and organizational skills
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Team spirit and proactivity
