    Our South Edmonton client is on the hunt for a skilled 3PL Warehouse Manager to join their team and spearhead our efforts in delivering top-notch services from our central consolidation center in Edmonton. This thrilling opportunity for you to lead innovation and drive excellence in warehouse operations.

    Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
    • Take charge of the day-to-day operations for 3 warehouses, from receiving merchandise to inventory management, prioritizing shipments, and optimizing space configuration.
    • Champion compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a secure and supportive work environment for all team members.
    • Establish and refine processes to maximize resources and results, including strategic workforce planning.
    • Cultivate an engaged and motivated workforce through robust coaching, development, and learning opportunities.
    • Drive performance excellence by providing regular feedback and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage equipment and building maintenance to minimize downtime and boost operational efficiency.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
    • Facilitate communication across teams and departments to streamline operations and enhance overall effectiveness.
    • Take on exciting special projects assigned by senior management to drive company-wide success.
    The successful candidate has:
    • Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven track record in warehouse management, with expertise in inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
    • Sharp problem-solving abilities and the agility to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
    • Proficiency in computer systems, including warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
    • A willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
    • Valid driver's license and occasional travel between warehouse locations.
