Responsibilities:


  • Assist the project manager in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare project schedules and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Prepare project reports and documentation
  • Manage project changes and risks

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of construction practices and building codes
