The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student recruitment and admissions, direct and online service to current students, including registration, financial aid, scholarships, academic assessments, graduation and petitions.

Your opportunity:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving issues within the scope of the role and escalating problems as required
- Providing detailed information regarding admission requirements to prospective students and applicants
- Preparing draft correspondence using templates
- Keeping wellinformed on University programs, policies and procedures
- Maintaining information on digital platforms
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience in a postsecondary environment, providing frontline service to students and administering policy and processes related to academic regulations.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with CRM databases and student information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must enjoy working with students in a culturally diverse campus and like the challenge of a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of postsecondary educational systems.
- Experience working with admissions documents (e.g. transcripts) is required.
- Experience in written and spoken Mandarin is required.

Assets (Nonessential):
- Experience working with admissions documents (e.g. transcripts) from China is an asset.
