About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Braidwood Cafe Attendant.

The Braidwood Cafe attendant provides exceptional quality and service to Braidwood Cafe guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served non-alcoholic beverages experience,anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Hourly Wage: $18.00-$19.50

What you will do

E Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Presenting the menu and providing detailed explanations of menu items and recommending items.

Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Assist in clearing and keeping clean the BW cafe area, which will include the library area and the patio of the library as it will be the main serving area and of course according to service standards.

Handling payments accurately, processing transactions, and presenting bills to guests.

Ensure a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

Previous experience in food and beverage

Solid knowledge of food and beverage products

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate

Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Braidwood Cafe Attendant to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
