The Deck Store Inc is seeking passionate, skilled, hard-working, and committed individuals to join our Yard/Shipping & Receiving team. Applicant should be proficient at decision making, priority setting, communication, and team building. Must be reliable and punctual and have a good customer service focus.

DUTIES:

Responsible for the picking & loading of construction materials to order.
Safely operate necessary tools & processes.
Responsible for ensuring all work identified on the material order is picked, loaded and completed with adherence to quality and standard timelines for completion of the work;
Assists with material & hardware management by identifying personal inventory shortages that may impact getting work completed,
Communicates with Yard Manger on challenges on site, estimated time left to complete work, and other communication as required.

*Delivery of materials to customer sites and company job sites. Inclusive of loading/unloading.

Other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends (Optional)

Experience:

Physical Labor: 1- 2 years minimum (preferred).
Fork Lift License an asset (But not required.

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
