The Opportunity


Marvell's Central Engineering SOC Program Management organization drives consistent engineering program practices across the company to ensure on time delivery of high-quality products.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for program management of various Marvell's engineering projects
  • Responsible for Marvell's product development lifecycle definition, implementation, and control
  • Demonstrate strong crossfunctional leadership to drive for changes across the organization
  • Manage the tools and process used for planning and execution of engineering programs across the company
  • Control and track program status at the corporate level
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management capabilities and effectiveness
  • Own data for of all engineering programs and resources and drive insightful analysis to improve execution and planning accuracy
  • Evangelize corporate project management policies, processes and tools to the project management team
  • Responsibility for successful outcome of the corporate project management
  • Drive and spearhead project management governance and top quality executive reporting and program reviews

Requirements:


  • BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the Semiconductor industry
  • Extensive knowledge of SoC/IC design flow for advanced process technologies and process flows and methodologies in Silicon Development Flow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with technical project managers to drive projects to completion
  • Demonstrated effective partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders Excellent managerial skills
  • PMP certification is preferred
