    To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current, SK .

    The successful candidate will assist the Service Business Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reporting and finalizing the work order collection process.

    Responsibilities

    This individual's responsibilities include:
    Providing exceptional customer service as the "face" of the shop and first point of customer contact.
    Address internal/external customer inquiries and be backup for incoming calls, direct customer traffic.
    Assist Service Business Manager/Foreman in opening of Repair Orders Warranty/Customer.
    Open Purchase Orders requiring outside labour and materials and bill to Repair Orders.
    Maintain filing/records for customers and department, record and submit meeting minutes.
    Build and maintain strong customer and co-worker relationships focused on teamwork, efficiency and productivity.
    Participate in ongoing training to develop skills/knowledge.
    Follow safety rules/regulations and ensure followed by others.
    Requirements
    This would be an ideal position if you have:
    Ability to use current business/operating systems, computer programs/applications.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
    Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.
    High School diploma or equivalent.
    General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred.
    2 years of experience in an agriculture/related service dept an asset.
    Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/co-workers.
    Valid driver's license required.
