Responsibilities:

• Assist construction site workers in various tasks such as carrying materials, operating machinery, and cleaning up debris.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations.
• Dig trenches, set up scaffolding, and assist with the installation of temporary structures.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
