Canwest Concrete in Calgary is seeking an experienced Concrete Demolition Project Manager to join our successful sales team.

Responsibility:

Estimating of jobs in a timely and efficient manner: prepare and submit quotes to potential and existing customers utilizing our internal process and software
Site visits and site supervision as required: ensure proper staffing levels to complete job as scheduled, ensure proper materials and equipment are on site when required, ensure overall safety is being met, lead project meetings as required, etc
Organize and coordinate all subcontract work
Ensure all workers and subcontractors perform their duties in accordance with CanWest's policies and procedures
Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required
Plan, implement and monitor the construction plan
Ensure all contractual issues are resolved and dealt with in a timely manner
Ensure all billing is completed in a timely fashion
Ensure all documentation has been completed daily on site
Ensure payment arrangements have been made for onetime customers.

Experience:

- _Previous experience with concrete demolition will be preferred_

Ability to read blueprints
Familiar with BlueBeam
Experienced with takeoffs
Know the City of Calgary and surrounding areas
Willing to travel
Must be tech savvy
Desire to learn and embrace a new trade.

**Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor considered a definite asset
