    Description

    As Director of Sales, you will
    be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the
    promotion and sales activities of our products and services. Your main
    responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities:

    ·
    Planning, organizing, and
    supervising sales development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability
    goals.

    ·
    Identifying action priorities to
    increase business opportunities and maximize sales.

    ·
    Prospecting new clients and
    maintaining the portfolio of existing clients through various means such as
    phone calls, emails, meetings, trade shows, fam tours, prospecting trips
    (primarily in Canada and the United States), etc.

    ·
    Developing new strategies to
    expand into new markets while ensuring profitability.

    ·
    Developing and monitoring annual
    budgets related to sales activities.

    ·
    Preparing a detailed sales plan,
    including market research, pricing analysis, promotions, advertising,
    distribution, communication, etc.

    ·
    Regularly preparing and
    analyzing group reports on a weekly basis.

    ·
    Setting performance standards
    with monthly objectives and annual strategic objectives for the sales team, and
    measuring their achievement.

    ·
    Effectively managing the sales
    team by fostering close collaboration with the marketing department to create a
    harmonious working environment conducive to delivering excellent customer
    service.

    ·
    Promoting internal communication
    within the sales team and actively participating in board meetings.

    ·
    Regularly involving in sales and
    marketing operations by also concluding agreements to ensure the overall
    success of the establishment.

    Skills:

    ·
    3 to 5 years of experience in
    hotel sales.

    ·
    Recognized skills in telephone
    sales and customer base development.

    ·
    Excellent ability to manage
    sales targets.

    ·
    Integrity in handling
    information.

    ·
    Autonomy aimed at achieving
    sales targets.

    ·
    Empathy and ease of working in a
    team.

    ·
    Excellent time management.

    Requirements:

    ·
    Diploma in tourism or a
    combination of relevant education and experience.

    ·
    Sales or customer service experience
    in the hospitality industry.

    ·
    Possession of a valid driver's
    license and own vehicle.

    ·
    Good computer skills (Windows,
    Word, Excel, Internet).

    ·
    Knowledge of Hotello software
    would be an asset.

    ·
    Bilingualism and demonstrated
    oral communication skills.
