REQUIREMENTS
- must be bilingual
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- strong customer service skills
- financial experience
- must be able to multi task in a face paced environment
- strong organizational skills

TASKS
- contact customers for orders and deliveries
- schedule installations for equipment, pick up equipment and maintain contracts
- daily sales report
- maintain costs and pricing in the system
- create transfers and purchase orders for stock and parts
- pick customers order, load and unload trucks
- maintain cleanliness of the office, lunch area and the washroom
- maintain accounts receivables, enter deposits and bring them to the bank
- order office supplies
- create quotes for equipment and sales
- payroll, petty cash and expenses
- schedule courier, create packages and orders to be shipped out
- warranty claims, enter work orders and maintain assets

Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
