KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Gather and systematize pertinent information for sales and leases, encompassing taxes, titles, parcel images, corporate inquiries, etc.
  • Supervise daytoday activities, overseeing property showings, capturing property images, creating, and assessing offers, contracts, and agreements, and monitoring listings from initiation to completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit policies, procedures and manuals as required.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint trends, competitors, and investment prospects, aiding the agent in making wellinformed decisions.
  • Deploy and oversee technology tools and software to enhance operational efficiency, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Administer social media platforms.
  • Maintain a wellordered filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Stay current with correspondence, ensuring the accuracy of all listings, refining marketing materials, preparing lists in accordance with leadership preferences, and ensuring seamless transaction execution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate concepts into practical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Business Manager, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is an asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in executive support roles or demonstrated experience in handling increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or the legal industry is ideal.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, diplomatic communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, with the ability to learn new software easily.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Capacity to remain calm and composed under stress or pressure.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, dependable, and proactive.
