We are part of Iceberg Finance Group, a sister company based in Quebec that also does business across Canada.We are a dynamic, rapidly growing organization currently recruiting for a performance-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a high-energy, ''out-of-the-box" thinker, with a track record of success building a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and solid B2B Sales experience.
**The Opportunity:**Duties and Responsibilities: - Identification of high impact, strategic opportunities, you will build a strong sales pipeline and manage all stages of the sales life cycle
- Execute strategic sales plans that will win new business, onboard effectively and drive incremental loan volume
- Respond promptly and professionally to both written and phone inquiries regarding products, client inquiries, partner resources, procedures, and systems
- Deliver effective, custom sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Identify customer needs and pain points to best position iFinance's financing solutions
- Ensure all communications are logged and tracked in our CRM
- Leverage databased tools to provide business KPIs and ongoing reporting to strategic partners
- Deliver consistently against assigned volume goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent business experience to iFinance's merchant and service provider partners
- Present personal performance results on a quarterly basis Complete other duties and responsibilities as defined by the management team

- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues
- Public speaking, presenting, and relationship management experience
- Experience in Credit, Consumer Finance and Fintech is a definite asset Have a vehicle and a valid driver's license
