Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Consider all aspects of selling including: customer relationships, profit and loss concepts, long and shortterm goals of the company.
  • Communicate effectively to customers.
  • Assess & respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

Requirements:


  • Detailed oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
