The Shop Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical job functions related to the assembly and testing of Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps and related components for use in our Electric Submersible Pumping (ESP) & Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS) product lines.

• Assemble, inspect and disassemble components of electric submersible and horizontal pumps.
• Test performance of completed pumping equipment to Levare Canada specifications.
• Maintain and update results related to various testing procedures.
• Read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and product manuals.
• Set up and operate equipment as per specifications and instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Additional duties as outlined by manager or supervisor.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient in assembly of mechanical equipment.
• Capable of reading various instruments and blue prints.
• Quality first attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shop environment with exposure to elements such as noise, dust and odors.
• Perform all job duties safely and according to HSE guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Artificial lift &/HPS & ESP equipment knowledge and experience will be considered an asset.
