Soucy Caoutchouc is looking for a maintenance planner who will have the mandate to work in team with the different departments in order to create an efficient maintenance planning.


Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Plan work orders from preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and requests from other departments
  • Ensure the availability of equipment according to production when planning work orders
  • Follow up with the warehouse clerk to ensure that parts are available to perform the planned work orders
  • Follow up with the maintenance supervisor to ensure that manpower is available to complete planned work orders
  • Manage the building's preventive inspection program
  • Schedule preventive maintenance in our CMMS software (Interal)
  • Maintain the equipment list in Interal
  • Participate in various improvement projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • University, college or professional training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanics or other relevant training
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory or planning position in a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of computer tools and ERP or CMMS systems
  • Be organized and autonomous
  • Enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills
