Qualifications Required:

Ability to coordinate meal planning and preparation
Knowledge of large quantity cooking techniques in institutional setting
Demonstrated ability to direct staff in the performance of their duties
Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic diet preparation and service
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently within time constraints
Demonstrated effective communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a team member
Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP principles
Practical working knowledge of production schedules, therapeutic menu service,

portion control and temperature control
