Career Track, Personal Insurance
This innovative program will provide invaluable knowledge delivered by our in-house personal insurance experts.

Following completion of the Career Track program, employees will have the opportunity to start their insurance careers with the Acera Insurance team.

LOCATION AND STATUS

Calgary, Red Deer, Fort McMurray
Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS

Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Social Sciences or customer service discipline is preferred
Strong desire to learn about the insurance industry
Working towards obtaining Alberta Level 1 License is required and working toward level 2 is considered an asset
Salesfocused and committed to excellence in customer service
Strong interpersonal skills
Skilled user of Microsoft Office and MS Teams
Knowledge of EPIC or a customer relationship software is considered an asset
