    Come join our summer team at Mount Washington this summer, enjoy working along side our culinary team in our fully equipped, fast paced outdoor BBQ. Watch zip liners fly overhead as you spend the day cooking up some good eats in the summer sun.

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma, certification or experience
  • Registration in an apprenticeship program is an asset
  • Developing knowledge of cooking of equipment like grill, fryer, cold line
  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced, high pressure environment

    • Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation
  • Prepare and cook individual dishes or entire meals
  • Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
  • May have to monitor or guide kitchen staff
  • May assist in menu development
