    Partner Success Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our transit agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • To deliver world-class support to our transit agency partners, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues.
    • To build strong relationships with our partner agencies, understanding their goals, challenges, and requirements.
    • To develop and implement strategies that drive mutual value between Transit and its partner agencies.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B support or customer success roles.
