Job summary
This program will provide participants with the opportunity to complete the Health Care Assistant certification program at a post-secondary institution with tuition paid for by the Ministry of Health and participants are paid a stipend for 37.5 hours per week while studying.Upon successful completion and registration with the BC Care Aide/Community Health Worker Registry, you will commence employment as a Community Health Worker (CHW) in the Home Support sector, providing care to clients in their homes.
