Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Desk Clerk to join our team.
The Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Qualifications: - Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Skills: - Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
- Ability to source, buy, and procure materials efficiently
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
