The
INL Group of Companies has been in business for over 70 years. Our divisions include our Landscape Maintenance Division, Stone Yard Division, Landscape Construction, Tree Farm and Garden Centre.

You will be assisting with the following:

Understanding our Scope of Work, for each project (in detail).
Work from material lists (as provided) to monitor materials received against site requirements.
Monitoring Change Orders, and drawings issued (in the field).
Preparing information for small estimates, for on site changes as dictated by your supervisor. Estimates will be finalized by our estimating team.
Complete quantity takes offs for work done by crews and subtrades.
Monitor submission of crew documentation for accuracy.
Meet with clients as requested by your supervisor.
Ensure that all health and safety requirements and policies are submitted to Jobsite (and are current and accurate).
Provide hands on support as required.
Coordinate with subtrades to ensure all work is in compliance with the contract documents.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to read and interpret drawings know where to look in drawing packages for further information.
The ability to do quantity takeoffs when necessary.
Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
Previous hands on construction experience is preferred (so you can better understand the work).
Education in Engineering, Construction Management or Landscape Architecture.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
