Job summary

The Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing timely and courteous service to clients as the first point of contact for the business. The role involves evaluating situations/issues, determining appropriate responses and referring or escalating to designated specialists for resolution. The technician must maintain ongoing communications with clients concerning status of their tickets.

Qualifications

  • College Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of IT work experience in computer systems or support.
