We are looking to add a
Dealer Support Specialist to our Dealer sales team in Saskatoon.

The Dealer Support Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and supporting the Norseman Dealer network (Indirect Sales channel) by assisting with order entries, quotes, and obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers across North America
  • Communicate regularly with dealers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with dealers to provide accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
  • Assist dealers in finalizing orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders through ERP.
  • Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to track shipments and provide dealers with updates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealers regarding warranty claims and issues.
  • Investigate and resolve warrantyrelated concerns, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a prompt resolution.
  • Provide training and support to dealers to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Generate weekly or monthly reports on sales activities, order status, and warranty performance.
  • Documents and tracks all actionable items from inbound lead to order processing in the CRM program.

Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM and ERP software's is required.
  • 2+ years experience in a related position.
  • A background in industrial manufacturing or construction with the ability to read building plans, schematics and layouts would be considered an asset.
  • Postsecondary education in business or other related field would be considered an asset.
  • Strong problem identification, time management and problem resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Selfmotivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Advanced ability in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience:
