As a Residential Leasing Agent, you would be expected to respond to rental inquiries before, during and after regular work hours.

Rental showings are only permissible between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, but you would not be expected to perform showings each and every day in the 12 hour window.

You will have a detailed list of specific rental listings to manage while working along side 3 other rental agents to obtain the same goal - All listings rented with mínimal vacancy.

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who can work well and thrive in a fast paced work environment.

Currently, we are looking for a new member for our Leasing Team.

As a
Residential Leasing Agent, you would be responsible for:

Marketing of rental listings on multiple online platforms.
Showing rental units to prospective tenants.
Responding to inquiries about rental units.
Having an answer to any questions perspective tenants might have.
Completing a walkthrough of units turning over to look for any work that needs to be completed.
Having keys cut and ready for pick up on turnover.
Meeting with colleagues regularly regarding tenant and general issues.

Ability to overcome obstacles as presented by prospective tenants
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate professionally with prospective tenants, current tenants, and coworkers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Education/work experience in the field of property management is an asset.

Job Types:

Pay:
$40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
