Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining painting on buildings and/or furniture and furnishings
Following instructions and preestablished guidelines established by Supervisor
All other duties assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Experience as a painter required
Experience with work safe procedures
Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
Good communication skills, selfmotivated, mature, dependable, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
Willing and able to work shift work, including weekends.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to work at heights
Manlift operating experience preferred

Working Conditions

Painters perform some of their duties outdoors and may work in all different kinds of weather conditions.
Hours of operation are weather dependent. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include rotation of shifts, day/evening shifts, graveyard shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.
