That's where you come in
As our new
Showroom Liaison, you'll be a key part of developing our in-house customer service and client base. You will be our "go-to" person in the showroom when clients are looking for exactly the right product.

The position is twofold.

You will work with clients (interior designers) to help them complete their projects by offering simple suggestions on products all the way up to full consultation on product offering.

The second part will be to lead the merchandising of the showroom, working with our furniture and drapery specialists, along with outside sales, to ensure our showroom continues to be the best in Western Canada.


This position is a great fit for someone entrepreneurial minded who wants to make an impact and develop a new position in the company.

You have an exceptional background in interior furnishings areas like furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, and window coverings. You customer service skills are top notch in product knowledge, problem solving, and coordination.

The very best in this role will have more than an aptitude and ability make a sale. They'll work to improve customer experience by working efficiently and going above and beyond.

Our business is based on repeat customers, and as our showroom representative, your work will make a lasting impression on our designers and their clients.

Working With Us
This is a full-time position in our showroom.

While most of the work can be completed during normal business hours, sometimes our clients require a little extra time at the end of the day.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales and customer service experience
  • 3+ years of furniture, fabric, or window coverings sales experience
  • Superior customer service skills and attitude
  • Existing relationships/network in the interior design and home builder areas
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience using QuickBooks and industry specific software (an asset)
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent, post secondary education will set you apart
