We are currently looking to fill the position of Accounting Administrative Assistant to work within our London, Ontario head office.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Assist the Marketing team with campaigns, projects, and communication.
  • Assist with maintaining project timelines and deadlines for marketing department.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation, databases, media assets, reports, listings, etc.
  • Assist with internal communication.
  • Assist with developing and managing our social media accounts including uploading and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Answer online reviews and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with production and printing quotes.
  • Assist with other duties deemed necessary by Director of Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • College degree or equivalate work experience.
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office.
  • Experience with MailChimp, Canva, and Meta Business Suite is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must be selfstarter and can work on a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Able to work with a team or independently.
  • Valid driver's license.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
