Job summary
Provide exceptional customer service as an ambassador for the City of Victoria in downtown parking services.
Responsibilities
- Issue warnings and/or enforce parking regulations in a manner consistent with the City's customer service focus through education or by issuing tickets when the member of public is unavailable to educate.
- Monitor pay parking spaces,parking meters,loading zones,
limited time zones,
short-term parking spaces on City Parkades,tow routes,
passenger zones
& residential parking based on complaints.
