Description

TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) is a well-established community-based social and health service agency providing a wide range of programs and services supporting low-income and newcomer communities across Ontario and sometimes across different provinces through online services and referrals.

We are seeking a
project lead to join our team in a
part-time contract role. TNO is a great place to work and we make a difference in the communities we serve.

The Project Lead involves facilitating access to affordable housing options including improved service integration across food, housing, mental health, settlement, ethno-specific and multi-service organizations.

The project lead ensures services delivered from different locations provide residents with resources available to access affordable housing options that meet their needs across the housing continuum.

Additionally, the project lead actively participates in community development activities, such as advocacy, outreach, engagement, and empowerment initiatives, while supporting local community events.

Reporting lines involve a mid-project verbal check-in with the funder and a final report due on October 1st, 2024.
