Your new role

Your New Job

  • Key CI specialist acting in a project management capacity, working within finance department to provide coordination, documentation, and project management on system integrations resulting from new organization acquisitions
  • Responsible to set project management standards, required documentation, and to track the status of a projects
  • Work closely with the program manager to determine the project scope and vision.
  • Providing training and access to materials for new members
  • Collaborate with the program manager, multidisciplinary teams, and designated project managers to plan and define the scope, deliverables, resource requirements, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives.
  • Monitor the development project ontime and onbudget, starting with a strong understanding of customer needs, business requirements, and strategies.


  • Measure Performance

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented programs (e.g., throughput, cost, margin, and other KPIs)
  • Clearly identify project stakeholders and keep them informed and involved.
  • Prepare regular status reports for directors, managers, and CFO.

Qualifications:


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years' experience including project coordination.
  • Finance education, IT system knowledge (a plus )
  • Organizational and coordination skills to establish and monitor compliance with document management and control policies and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data, to develop effective strategies from such analysis, and to translate these strategies into effective actions at the operational level.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, MS Planner,
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skill (oral and written).
  • Ability to review and edit documents for compliance with document control policies and processes, act as a point of contact between the department and internal stakeholders.
  • PMP certification, ITIL, DEC or similar project management related
