Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and followup calls.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Create, edit, and proofread documents.
- Manage databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$17.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3W 3N5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi Punjabi (required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
