Description

Our Administrative Support Services Branch is looking for an

Executive Assistant

(Approximately 18-month contract)


Energized by performing in a dynamic, diverse work environment providing superior service to OPB's Executive Leadership Team, you excel at handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks while maintaining a client service orientation.

You will join an organization with a pooled executive assistant staffing model and have an exciting opportunity supporting members of the Executive Leadership Team which may include the President and CEO, and other VPs within the organization.

You work independently and proactively in an environment with evolving and competing priorities.

Your responsibilities will include drafting, designing, editing, and processing various written material, coordinating schedules, and managing complex calendars, attending meetings to take minutes and following up on action items as appropriate, and organizing/maintaining file systems.

You will also be responsible for preparing travel requests and expense reports, conducting research, and acting as an intermediary to ensure information and materials are relayed to, and acted upon, by the appropriate parties within prescribed timeframes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for backing up other members of the administrative team and coordinating logístical requirements for corporate meetings and events.
