LOCATION:
Annacis Island plant


We are looking for a
Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenanceteam Our Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the improvement of our reliability program.

  • You have >3 years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity
  • You have a diploma, certification or degree in reliability and asset management or have equivalent experience
  • You have experience in implementing CMMS systems and > 3 years experience as a system administrator
  • You have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Things you will do

  • Develop, optimize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Keep CMMS system up to date.
  • Improve asset reliability program.
  • Improve the quality and the content of the Preventive Maintenance program.
  • Develop and implement spare part management strategy.
  • Keep documentation up to date to make sure they meet quality and food safety standards.
  • Develop and track KPIs.
  • Analyse data and create reports for management.
  • Ensure that preventive, conditionbased and predictive maintenance system evolves.
  • Optimize PMO cycle (preventive maintenance optimization), to ensure continuous improvement of our process.
  • Align best practices in spare parts management and utilize synergies within the Company.
