Description

Responsibilities
Set up office trailer at the beginning of the job. Ensure all required equipment, furniture and supplies are in place in order to function as an on site office.

Prioritize and deal with all communication and documentation flow on site.

Set up and implement internal auditable systems for documenting and archiving daily construction reports and required safety documentation.

Review supplier equipment and rental invoices as received on site. Interface with suppliers on deficiencies and problems.

Ensure all documentation is filed, copied and forwarded on to the subcontractor.

Prepare and process extra work records.

Organize and implement training for workers on the OPG job site.

Maintain company tool list.

Enter all transmittals, safety documentation, daily reports onto Contract Manager for Projects.

Prepare and process extra work records for all PDPM's.

Prepare timesheets, expense reports.

Assist supervisors in preparing 3 week look ahead schedules.

Attend, take notes and prepare Owner and Subtrade weekly meeting minutes.

Submit all close out documentation and pack up files to be archived at the main office.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
  • Construction: 1 year (required)
