Position:
Business Analyst With CRM migration

Location:
North York, ON(Canada Onsite)

Duration:
Long Term
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 10+years of IT experience


Required Skills:


  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements for CRM migration projects
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM systems
  • Develop functional specifications for new CRM features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure CRM system functionality meets business needs
  • Provide enduser training and support to ensure successful adoption of new CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, design, and test plans
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for CRM system improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$20.43-$74.82 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CRM software: 7 years (required)
