This is a sales support role (versus technical support role). Must have experience supporting large teams of AEs with Salesforce and CPQ experience.

Responsibilities

New Hire Support: Train new hires on quote creation, updating performance dashboards, systems training.

Deal Desk Support: Support sales team with deal velocity, CPQ process questions and quality assurance of order forms and opportunity records. Advise on deal structures and discounting guidelines, pricing, and promotions.

Sales Process Engineering and Documentation: Support team effectiveness through changes in pricing models, CPQ and Salesforce process changes.

Data Hygiene: Promote data accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing migrations and adjustments as necessary.

Ad Hoc Sales Operations Projects: Assist sales Operations and Salesforce Administration with change requests, various projects, reporting and dashboard maintenance and event planning activities.
Help Desk Support:
Provide front line support to sales, troubleshooting tech stack issues, logging internal requests, and support tickets
Requirements:
- A master at multitasking and prioritizing many simultaneous projects +
- Experience with a CPQ (bonus if it's DealHub)
- Extremely detailoriented and organized +
- Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of sales process
- Thrives in a fastpaced startup environment
- Highly collaborative and talented at working with different groups to streamline and systematize processes using a variety of business systems +
- A quick learner of different sales technologies, and adept at learning how to administer them +
- Experience in a Sales Operations role at a fast growing software company, working on projects to scale sales at the organization +
- Able to thrive in a hybrid team environment
