Description
Job Opportunity
You will play a crucial role in providing specialized care in a dynamic complex continuing care unit, focusing on patients in need of medically complex, rehabilitative, reactivating, or palliative care. Your responsibilities will extend to offering support to patients' families, coordinating care transitions, providing education, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your scope of practice will cover a wide range of nursing tasks, including medication administration, health assessments, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, you may be called upon to take on leadership responsibilities and assist your peers.
