Summary:


The Customer Engagement Representative will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the customer relationship, including proactively generating repeat orders from existing accounts.

They will provide product and service information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency to maintain high customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be fluent in English both orally and written.
  • Ability to work Independently and as a team member.
  • A working knowledge of both Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) is essential.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Power B.I.
  • Proficient in reading Reports and Dashboards.
  • Competent in working with Calendly for scheduling.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Solution oriented focus with a customer first attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Powerful phone presence.
  • Must be friendly, clear speaking and can work with patience and courtesy.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time. Provide timely followup.
  • French speaking is an asset.

Job Duties:


  • Passionate about finding customer's hidden needs to build a sale thus driving sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Partnering and planning with Sales Representatives to build pipeline.
  • A percentage of the day will be dedicated to outbound calling in order to achieve customer retention in repeat sales.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a positive image of Gunther Mele.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide an appropriate solution and alternatives with the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Build trust with the customer by connecting and asking pertinent questions regarding their business needs for packaging. Find their hidden needs to allow us to be their one stop shop.
  • Process incoming orders by coordinating the efforts of all related departments (graphics, sales, distribution, inventory control and accounts receivable) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Uses product knowledge to inform customers of product details, pricing, shipping ETAs and any additional information needed by the customer.

$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
