Our group is very collaborative and we are looking for someone who has that same mindset.

The Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) COE group is responsible for both the strategic and operational sides of RBC Contingent Labour requirements globally; we play a key role in managing and mitigating third party resource risk.


As an Operations Analyst, you will get to know our clients at RBC and have experience in design thinking to elevate our mission.

Along with your expertise, you will manage and lead headcount program within CWM COE and collaborate with other business partners to help with onboarding, bring change, enforce automation and mitigate operational risk.

Considering that it's a fast paced role, we'll rely on your accuracy and efficiency to ensure RBC businesses have access to processes and suppliers who will support their requirement for Contingent Labor globally in North America, UK and Luxemburg.

This position is responsible for oversight of the Capital Markets US Headcount program, including onboarding requests, assignment management and terminations.

It also involves oversight for the Registration Surveillance System (RSS) and reconciliation of data for Capital Markets and Wealth Management divisions, within RSS (i.e.

validation against Beeline data).


What will you do?

  • Be able to tell a story and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners by using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close & facilitates large meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives across the business unit are prioritized.
  • Assist in directing/coordinating activities of assigned initiatives. Independently and effectively manages assigned initiatives of a less complex nature.
  • Manage successful execution of initiatives with an appropriate focus on schedule, budget, risks, and success factors.
  • Participate in detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business issues.
  • Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder feedback and deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements. Identifies, tracks and resolves business issues
  • Assist in the development of detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of Requirements and Acceptance phases of projects
