The Bowling Alley Attendant monitors the facility, ensures the alleys are ready for use and schedules the use of the facility.
They perform routine maintenance and safety inspections, monitors equipment returns and ensures the cleanliness of the facility.They are also responsible for completing all accident reports, taking food and beverage orders, collecting fees and preparing cash deposits.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High school diploma
AND some years of experience in a related field
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
AND
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Nova Scotia
Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (NS), as required
Principles of Healthy Child Development, an asset
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
Food Handling Certification, as required
Experience
In cash handling
In ensuring safety protocols and procedures
In bowling alley and office operations
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential
