Customer Service Associate

Core Responsibilities_
- Greeting customers, clients and accepting deliveries
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations' internal software system.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations
- Coordinating communication between customers and vendors as required
- Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
Job Terms_
Probationary Period: 3-months
- Shift Requirement: Day shift, must be flexible to fit in different shifts according to business requirement including Saturday or Sundays.
What you should have_
- Minimum 1 year receptionist experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preference to callcenter experience.
- Foodservice industry knowledge, experience in produce sector is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
